Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact
the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone
mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the
14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away,
given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the
management.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Lohono Stays are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight
Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need Errand run charges are applicable for procurement, pick-up, delivery, etc, of any kind and should be requested 24 hrs in advance.
Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets
Loud music will not be allowed post 10pm. Soft music can be played till 11 pm.
Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged additionally and is subject to availability.
Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.
Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

Cancellation policy
For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa
For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
