What kind of services are included with the property?

Complimentary breakfast, daily housekeeping and cleaning of the villa are included. We also have an amazing concierge team who can arrange anything and everything for you, right from transportation to restaurant reservations. Our villa attendants are available from 7 am to 10 pm.

Does the villa have housekeeping staff?

Yes, housekeeping staff is available in the villa for regular maintenance and turndown services.

How many housekeeping staff members are there in the villa?

We have 2 housekeeping staff members per villa.

What are the staff timings?
+
The staff comes at 7 am and leaves the villa at 10 pm.

Can the housekeeping staff prepare tea/coffee?

Yes, they will happily prepare tea/coffee for you.

Is drinking water provided in the villa?
+
We offer bottled water as well as RO water.

What do the villa attendants do?
+
Villa attendants come in the morning and leave in the evening after the turndown service. They help with preparing breakfast, the upkeep of the home, turndown services and assistance in the kitchen, if required.

Is there a security guard at the villa?

Yes, there is a 24/7 security guard at all our villas.

Do you provide towels and toiletries?
+
Yes, our villas are stocked with fresh sheets, towels and toiletries for you to use.

How often do you change the linens?

Hygiene is our top priority. The linens are washed and replaced with a fresh batch after every rental check out.

Is there a speaker in the villa?

Yes, we have speakers available at all our villas.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the villa?
+
Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all our homes.

Do we need to pay Lohono Stays for car transfers?

You can pay the vendor directly.

What are the additional services provided by Lohono Stays?

We would be happy to arrange car transfers, massages, BBQ set ups, reservations at restaurants and errand runs at an additional cost.

What are the charges for extra guests?

Mattresses for extra guests can be arranged at an additional cost of INR 3,000/night/adult

Can we get staff for all 24 hours?

The Houskeeping staff is available in the villa from 7 am to 10 pm. Although if you require the housekeeing staff to stay past 10 pm, there will be an additional cost of INR 1,200 per staff member untill 4 am.

Is there staff accommodation at the villa?

Yes, we do provide staff accommodation in some villas at an additional charge of INR 750 inclusive of meals, but it also depends on the group size and villa capacity.

Do you have any massage therapists who can come to the villa?

We do have Indian & International therapists who can come to the Villa for massages. For international therapists, we recommend you book them well in advance. To book local therapists, kindly confirm 3-4 hrs prior. Also please note, local therapists do not perform cross gender massages.

I want to book a massage. What are the charges for it?

We have vendors who offer foot, head and full body massages. The rates vary accordingly. We would be more than happy to pre-book this service for you and your friends/family/partner.

Are there any Spas and Salons near the villas in Goa?

We recommend Clarins Spa which is at the W Hotel, approximately 10-15 mins from the villa OR you can even try Snip Salon in Porvorim, 20-25 mins from the villa.

Is there a gym near the villas in Goa?

The W Hotel, approximately 10-15 mins from the villa, has a fully equipped gym.

Do you provide nanny/babysitting services?

Yes, we do. All our nannies are police verified and trusted professionals who are hired on a regular basis.

Do you have a baby cot?
+
Yes we do offer a baby cot although it is based on availability. Your baby's health and hygiene is of utmost importance to us. Thus, we request you to carry baby bankets and pillows.

Does your baby cot come with a mattress?

Yes, we provide a mattress along with the baby cot.

Do you offer games for kids?
+
Yes, we do have board games such as Scrabble, Jenga, Carrom, Ludo, Snakes & Ladders and UNO available in the villa. We can also arrange fun activites for your kids at an additional cost.

Is the villa pet friendly?

In Goa, Villa Evora, Igreha Vaddo - Villa A, Fonteira Vaddo - Villa C and Rainbowtree House are pet friendly. All our Alibaug and Karjat homes are pet friendly. The owner of the home has the right to add a surcharge or/and increase the security deposit in this case. The number and size of the pets must be agreed upon, prior to confirmation of the booking.

What are the charges for pets?

Pet cleaning charges for the villa will be INR 15,000.

We are planning to celebrate a Birthday/Anniversary/Bachelors/Bachelorette at the villa. What special arrangements can be made at the villa? Can you help us plan the event?
+
We can certainly help you plan your special day. We can plan a BBQ at the villa, set up a romatic dinner, invite a mixologist to make some amazing cocktails or hire a live singer for your entertainment. We can also decorate the villa with some balloons and help you order a cake and Champagne/alcohol too.

Can I have an event at the villa?

Yes, you can. You can get in touch with us via phone or email to go over the details of your requirements. Events at the villa are subjected to a higher security deposit.

Whom can I speak with regarding making restaurant reservations?

Our Guest Relations Manager can help you make restaurant reservations. They will contact you 1 week prior to your stay and will make a WhatsApp group for you to share all your requests well in advance.

What are the arrangements if we need medical aid?

We have doctors on call. We also suggest that you carry your regular medicines with you.

Do you have a doctor on call?

Yes, we can have a doctor available during an emergency.

Can you help with catering?
+
Yes, we have certified vendors for catering. We can surely arrange one for you based on your requirement.

Are car transfers included?

Car transfers are not included, but we have tied up with vendors. A private car can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

How do we book a car for airport transfers?

Our Guest Relations team can arrange a private car for you at an additional cost.

What are the amenities provided by Lohono Stays?

Lohono Stays amenities include toiletries, linens & towels, private pool, coffee machine, music player, gas hob, oven, washing machine, board games, iron & ironing board, hairdryer.

Is there a pool in the villa?

All our holiday homes in Goa, Alibaug and Karjat have a private pool.

Does your villa have a heated pool?

No, our villas do not have heated pools.

Do you have a jacuzzi in the villa?

We don't have jacuzzis. However, all our villas have their own private pool.

Does the villa have hairdryers?

Yes, all our homes are equipped with hairdryers.

Does the villa have an iron and ironing board?
+
Yes, all our homes are equipped with an iron and ironing board.

What are our options for meals?
+
We offer complimentary breakfast to all our guests. For lunch and dinner, we have a variety of cuisines to offer you. You can hire our in-house cook to prepare your meals for you or you can order food in the villa from restaurants that we have partnered with.

We are a group spread across multiple villas. Can you serve breakfast at one villa for the entire group?

Breakfast will be served in the respective villas.

What time will breakfast be served?
+
Breakfast is served between 8 am to 12 pm.

Do Swiggy or Zomato deliver to the villas in Goa?
+
We have Swiggy delivery services in Goa, although most of the times the delivery boys don't get through to the location and thus ordering food through Swiggy could be a hastle. We have our own delivery service available for you till 9 PM everyday.

Can we hire a cook?

We do have a cook available at an extra cost which is again subject to availbility. The home style menu will be shared with you in advance. If you have any doubts, we'll be happy to assist you.

What cuisines can the cook prepare?

Our cook is well versed with Indian, Goan and Desi Chinese cuisines. He can also prepare a variety of salads and basic pasta.

Where are your villas located?

Our luxury villas are located in Goa, Alibaug and Karjat domestically while internationally they are in Phuket, Bali and Koh Samui.

Where are all your homes located in Goa?
+
All of our homes are in North Goa, specifically in Assagao, Anjuna and Siolim.

Do you have any homes in South Goa?
+
No, all of our homes are located in North Goa.

How far are the beaches from the villa?
+
Our homes in Goa and Alibaug are just a short, beautiful drive away from the beach.

How far are your Goa homes from Baga Beach?
+
Baga Beach is a 20-25 minute drive away from our homes. But we recommend our guests to go to Morjim beach as it is less crowded and cleaner.

Which famous restaurants are close to your Goa homes?

All of our homes are in North Goa, namely in Assagao, Anjuna and Siolim. Popular restaurants like Thalassa, Gun Powder, Ciao Bella are only 5-10 minutes away from our villas.

How will we find the villa?

The Guest Relations Manager will be send a location pin on WhatsApp to locate the villa.

Can we have an early check-in?
+
An early check-in may be possible if we do not have a prior booking. You need to let us know 2 days prior to the check-in and we will confirm depending on the availability.

What are the documents required at check-in?
+
We will require an ID proof (PAN/Passport/Adhar Card/Driving License) from all the guests staying at the villa, for our record.

What are the check-in and check-out timings?
+
You can check-in at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and you must check out by 12pm on your day of departure.

Can I have a late check-out?
+
Late check-outs are possible at an additional fee. You can check with your Guest Relations Manager.

If we check-in early, can we get breakfast at the villa?
+
As per our normal policy check in time is 2:30 pm hence we do not provide breakfast on the day of check-in. However considering that an early check-in has been approved by the team. We can try to arrange breakfast for you. The charge per person will be INR 350 exclusive of taxes.

Is smoking allowed inside the villa?

Smoking is prohibited inside all our homes but guests can smoke outside.

Is loud music allowed in the villa?
+
Loud music will not be allowed post 11 pm.

What are the restrictions in the villa?
+
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our homes. Loud music is not allowed post 11 pm.

What all is inlcuded in the price?

The price for your stay includes: Villa attendants on call, complimentary breakfast, daily housekeeping and cleaning of the villa, an amazing concierge team who can arrange anything and everything for you like your transportation or restaturant reservations. All you have to do is sit back and relax while we cater to all your needs.

What are the taxes for stay?

The taxes are 18%.

Can we pay in cash to avoid GST?
+
We do not accept cash payments. You can make the payment online or via bank transfer.

Can we pay the booking amount during check-in?
+
I'm afraid, not. You need to pay 100% of the booking amount plus GST and the security depost prior to your check-in to confirm your booking.

Can we split the payment?

Yes, you can split the amount amongst your group.

Can we make the security deposit payment on ground?
+
It is company policy to not collect any booking payment on ground. 100% of the booking amount will have to be paid at least 30 days prior to your check-in. Any additional service that you may use can be paid for by cash on ground.

Why do we have to pay a security deposit ?

A security/damage deposit is required to cover costs in an unlikely event of damage or breakage.

When will Lohono Stays refund the security deposit?
+
If there are no damages to the home, the security deposit will be refunded to you within 2-3 working days after your check-out.

Can you give us an all inclusive deal with transportation, meals, airport transfers etc?

Yes, of course. We can work on a specially curated package for you. You can get in touch with us via phone or email to go over the details of your requirements.

Will the rate reduce if we don't want breakfast?

The breakfast is complimentary, so that does not affect the rate.

Can we make a partial payment ?
+
We require 100% payment to confirm your booking.

What is the cancellation policy ?
+
The refund policy relating to cancellations is as follows: -Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund to the customer -Cancellation between 30 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund (assuming the total amount has been paid) -Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund to the customer
