What is the value of an Infinity point?
The value of an Infinity point is ₹1/-.
Who can earn Infinity points?
Every guest can earn Infinity points on bookings made directly via the Lohono Stays website, app or through our sales team, based on their tier. Bookings made through third party online platforms or travel agents are not eligible.
How many Infinity points can I earn per booking?
Infinity points are earned based on your membership tier. Refer to the benefits above for details.
Can I earn points on past or current bookings?
No, Infinity Points can only be earned on future bookings and do not apply to past bookings made prior to 19th October 2022. Points are not earned on redemptions and are applicable only on the portion of the booking amount paid by you. For more details, reach out to us at +91 8430600600.
How can I redeem my points?
Infinity points can be redeemed on future bookings made via the Lohono Stays app or website. Available points are auto-applied at checkout. You can also request our sales representative to apply your points while confirming your booking.
When will I receive my points?
Infinity points will be auto-credited to your account within 7 days after check-out.
Is there a limit on redemption?
No limit on usage against the stay value. Taxes and additional charges cannot be paid using points. Infinity points from multiple accounts cannot be combined.
Can I make a booking using my login bonus?
Yes, you can use the login bonus points for your bookings.
When will my tier be updated?
Your Infinity tier status will be awarded within 7 days after check-out from your first stay, unlocking exclusive benefits that can be availed for future bookings. You’ll start earning Infinity points from your second booking onwards.
Will I earn points if I didn’t make the booking?
No, points are credited only to the primary guest linked to the booking, based on the registered contact number. However, your tier will be updated 7 days post check-out, even if you didn’t make the booking.
What does the F&B discount include?
Applicable only on in-villa dining. Not valid on barbecue, experiential dining services or bulk orders.
What is the extended stay benefit?
Applicable from the 4th night onwards. The discount is valid only on the additional nights and not on the entire stay. The 4th night must fall between Sunday and Thursday and cannot be availed during blackout dates.
Is there any cost associated with Early Check-in / Late Check-out?
Early Check-in and Late Check-out is complimentary for Platinum customers, however it's subject to availability and as per Lohono's discretion.
How does the referral program work?
To refer a guest, use the ‘Invite & Earn’ link available on the Lohono Stays app or website. Simply share the link with the guest, which they can use to make a booking.
How does the referral reward work?
You will earn 10,000 Infinity points per successful referral which are credited once the referred guest completes their stay. The referred guest must be new and not previously registered in the system.
Is there a guaranteed discount for Platinum members?
Yes, Platinum members receive a minimum 18% discount on bookings. This is applicable only on select villas and is not valid during peak dates.
Are early check-in and late check-out included?
Early check-in and late check-out are complimentary for Platinum members, subject to availability and at Lohono’s discretion.
What do Platinum Complimentary Services and Exclusive Discounts include?
Platinum members enjoy a curated selection of complimentary services and exclusive discounts, including spa offers, airport and ferry terminal transfers (one car per booking), and select in-villa experiences. Benefits may vary by villa and destination and are subject to change from time to time. Terms and Conditions Apply.
What does Members-Only Access include?
Platinum members enjoy exclusive access to Club Solene, our members-only club in Goa.
How will I know which Platinum benefits are available for my stay?

Can I combine offers or benefits?
Platinum-exclusive benefits and discounts cannot be clubbed and only one can be availed per booking.
