Can I earn Infinity points on my current confirmed booking?

How can I redeem Infinity points?
Infinity points can be redeemed only for future bookings done via the Lohono Stays application and website. If you have points available, the points will be auto-applied on checkout.
When will I receive my Infinity points?
Infinity points will be auto-credited to your account after 7 days of checkout completion.
How many Infinity points can I redeem per booking?
There is no limit on the Infinity points that can be redeemed for a stay. Do note, that Infinity points cannot be clubbed from two accounts.
Can I make a booking using my login bonus?
Yes, you can use the login bonus points for your bookings.
When will I attain the Infinity Tier and start earning points?
Your Infinity Tier status will be granted 7 days after you check out of the property, opening up a realm of exclusive privileges. From the next booking onwards, you will start earning Infinity loyalty points as well.
Will I receive the Infinity tier and points if I haven't made the booking myself but stayed on the same trip?
The tier will be granted seven days after your checkout, even if you didn't make the booking yourself. However, you won't receive points if you were part of a group and the booking wasn't made using your primary number. Points are allocated only to the number provided as the primary one during the stay.
