Check-in time will be 2:30 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 12 noon on the departure date

Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Lohono Stays are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to travel due to any member of your group being diagnosed with COVID-19 or any official government restrictions on travel to our locations, we will give you a credit for your booking amount, which can be used to pay for your next Lohono holiday within one year from the date of your cancellation. The credit will be for your original booking value, and not the number of nights booked for your original stay
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund

Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check-in date – 40% refund (assuming the total amount has been paid)

Cancellation within 30 days of the check-in date – No refund
