Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Kindly smoke outdoors/around the garden, use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire. A penalty of Rs. 10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside the villa

The swimming pool may be used till 10 pm. Guests below the age of 12 may use the swimming pool only with adult supervision

Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is forbidden. Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. No guest under the age of 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while on the property.

Our procurement team is available from 9 am until 7 pm. Please place your orders accordingly

Electricity and water conservation should be respected. Appliances such as ACs, geysers, etc. should only be switched on when they needed. Please ask for assistance if required

Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance...

Photo IDs are to be shared with the Guest Relations Team via WhatsApp prior to check-in

The home has an in-house cook. Hence, outside cooks will not be permitted

Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Kindly store your valuables in safety lockers available in the rooms. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.

Guests are requested to pay a security deposit of INR 20,000 at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out.

Cancellation policy read-more

For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa

For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded

For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable

Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
