Televisions, voices, or other devices must be always kept at a respectful low level. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No running in halls.Our housekeeping staff is available to serve you from 8 am until 10 pm. Overtime charges will be applicable if you need staff after 10:30pm (Rs 1200 per person from 10:30-2am)Female attendants retire to their chambers at 7 pm while the male attendants will be at your service till 10 pm.Please do not rearrange our furnitureAny lost keys will be charged as per the management policy.Electricity and water conservation should be respected.Appliances such as ACs and Lights should only be switched on when needed.Additional services should be requested at least 5 hours in advance.The swimming pool is operational until 10 pm.Do not use the swimming pool while intoxicated.The use of the swimming pool by guests below the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult. As there is no lifeguard on dutyGuests are responsible for their personal belongings and Valuables.You are liable for any damage however caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person of your party whether staying at the hotel during your stay. You will have to bear the damage incurred to your room or the hotel property during your stay.Srinivas has no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately on 7230027333 and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.Srinivas is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, except for perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to14 days. Records of Lost & Found items are retained for five years. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by the Courier Service. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Srinivas is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Courier Service.Lost & Found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organizations, or disposed of accordingly by Srinivas.Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Lohono Stays, with additional charges.
