  • Smoking is prohibited in the villa. A penalty of INR 10,000 is applicable if found smoking.
  • All toiletries will be provided on request.
  • Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance
  • Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. Management will not be responsible for any kind of theft.
  • Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need Errand run charges are applicable for procurement, pick-up, delivery, etc, of any kind and should be requested 24 hrs in advance.
  • Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Lohono Stays are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight
  • Loud music will not be allowed post 10pm. Soft music can be played till 11 pm.
  • Guests are requested to bear with us on the check-in and check-out timings. We need this extra-time to ensure the villas are clean and sanitized for your stay
  • Breakfast is complimentary
  • Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 12PM. Early check-in and late check-out will be charged additionally and is subject to availability.
  • Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.

  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Lohono Villa
  • For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded
  • For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
